It’s been a big day for… Listening to...

The Room, AKA The Best Worst Movie Ever, Is Available For Free On YouTube, So Put Your Feet Up And Enjoy Its Brilliant Awfulness In Glorious HD

Why Tommy Wiseau uploaded it onto YouTube will be a mystery known only to the man himself.

Whatever you may think of Tommy Wiseau’s The Room, it has without a doubt secured itself a spot in film history.

Sure it makes about as much sense as a sexy Handmaiden’s Tale costume, and it may rank on the complete opposite end of the “all-time great” movies spectrum, but the fact that we’re still discussing it 15 years after its initial release speaks volumes about just how memorable it is, so much so that it’s awfulness is completely irrelevant.

The reason I’m bringing all this up is because The Room is now available – in its entirety – on Wiseau’s YouTube channel, which means you can now bask in memorable scenes like this one in full HD:

Just as how we may never know what exactly was going through Wiseau’s head when he was making The Room, we have absolutely no idea what was going through his head when he decided to upload the entire movie onto his YouTube channel (along with a link to buy tickets to US cinema screenings which is completely pointless, I know).

Is he teasing a new project? Maybe he’s trying to appeal to a new generation of cult movie fans? Or maybe he simply wants to gift the best worst movie ever to the world out of the goodness of his heart?

Regardless of what Wiseau’s reasons are for sharing The Room to his YouTube channel, you might as well check it out here while it’s still up. For all we know, it could disappear as fast as it unexpectedly appeared.
