Forget about Justin Bieber’s ugly mansion, have you seen Drake’s house?
Sure, Drake is probably one of the most famous musicians in the world right now. He’s just dropped a new single, which is projected to hit number one on the Billboard Hot 100 and it already has a TikTok dance. And so, if you were wondering how rich a person with that kind of cultural relevancy is, we’ve got you covered.

Architectural Digest has taken us inside the homes of Jessica Alba, David Dobrik, Zedd and others, but none have been as impressive as Drake’s. Measuring 50,000 square feet, the Canadian rapper’s home is more luxe than any other celeb home we’ve ever seen.
He has a Takashi Murakami-designed piano, an Alexander McQueen hummingbird tapestry and not to mention, an NBA regulation-size indoor basketball court with a 21-square-foot pyramidal skylight. Let’s just say, we don’t think this social-distancing thing is affecting him too much.
But, we have a serious question for Drake, does he ever get lost in his house? And if not him, surely his guests do? Considering the array of entertainment spaces, we can’t help but imagine the times that Drake has called for his guests to meet him in the “living room”, and for them to be confused as to which one he meant.
When talking about his home to Architectural Digest, Drake said “Because I was building it in my hometown, I wanted the structure to stand firm for 100 years. I wanted it to have a monumental scale and feel… It will be one of the things I leave behind, so it had to be timeless and strong.” Well, you certainly did that Drake.
Drake calls his place ‘The Embassy’, not because it looks like one (although… maybe?), but because it takes inspiration from traditional Beaux-Arts architecture. The interior designer for this home, Ferris Rafauli said, “In form, materials, and execution, the structure is a proper 19th-century limestone mansion. But the exterior profiles are more minimal and the lines are a bit cleaner… This isn’t stucco, paint, and fake gold. That’s not what Drake wanted, and that’s not what I do.”
