Nick Kyrgios Is Spilling Some Scalding Hot Tennis Tea During His Wild Livestreams

And who said we wouldn't be getting any entertainment this tennis season?

With tennis being one of the many, many sports being put on hold due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the pros are having to find other ways to keep themselves and their fans entertained before the tour starts back up. If you’re Nick Kyrgios, you can do both those things by jumping on a bunch of livestreams and spilling some scalding hot tea about his antics and what he thinks of his fellow pros.

Speaking of the COVID-19 pandemic, the GOAT team talk about what life will look like after lockdown on ‘It’s Been A Big Day For…’ below:

First Nick Krygios drew a heap of attention when he got drunk and did a hilariously juicy livestream with Andy Murray. Over the course of 15 wild minutes, Nick heaped an embarrassing amount of praise on Andy while simultaneously shading Novak Djokovic, whom he has openly expressed his dislike for previously.

“I don’t want to make this controversial, but I think you’re better than [Novak] Djokovic in my opinion. But people are going to take this on social media and be like Djokovic won this many Slams, and I’m like Djokovic is playing dodgeball on my serve. He couldn’t return it.  And you’re like nah, I’m slapping this for a winner.”

This was then topped when Nick went after his own generation of tennis pros. When asked why he likes team events like the Laver Cup, Nick said he enjoys hanging out with people he likes before calling out the event’s European team for being complete phonies or just plain boring.

“Let’s be honest, (Stefanos) Tsitsipas and (Alexander) Zverev hate each other, then they are besties all of a sudden.

“Someone like (Dominic) Thiem … I mean I like to get good vibes from trying a new cocktail … he’d prefer to watch paint dry.”

After that off-the-rails livestream with Andy Murray, Nick Kyrgios somehow managed to top himself again by casually revealing how loose he gets while on tour.

During a Fortnite livestream with Aussie Twitch streamer babztv1, Nick was asked whether says he’s ever slept with a fan while on tour and he admitted that he totally has. He then says he does it as a “weekly thing” if he’s “not seeing someone.”

Nick will have to make do with drunken livestreams and Fortnite for the time being though seeing as how the tour is on hold and he’s apparently single at the moment.

Just to cap off this entertaining tangent about his wandering eye while playing tennis, Nick also talked about the time he was playing Roger Federer at the Laver Cup but got distracted by a “hot chick” in the crowd and lost concentration. He lost that match by the way, not that he really cares.

Say what you will about Nick Kyrgios and his tennis, at least you know he’s good for some sort of drama one way or another and his iso livestream antics prove that he’s as entertaining off the court as he is on it.

Lady Gaga And Ariana Grande's 'Rain On Me' Instagram Filter Is Unintentionally And Hilariously NSFW

It, uh, doesn't look like rain.

It seems like new BFFs Lady Gaga and Ariana Grande had a lot more in mind than just their song, ‘Rain On Me’, and its accompanying music video. Releasing in conjunction with ‘Rain On Me’ is a special Instagram filter in which fans can make videos of themselves being rained on, not unlike what happens to Lady Gaga and Ariana Grande in their music video.

Unfortunately, this ‘Rain On Me’ Instagram filter looks less like raindrops falling down your face and more like… fluids of the bodily kind.

Speaking of Lady Gaga, the GOAT team talk about her most underrated album, ‘Artpop’, on ‘It’s Been A Big Day For…’ below:

The original selling point of this ‘Rain On Me’ Instagram filter is that it’s meant to look like raindrops streaming down your face in a really cute way. But after the initial buzz over the song and music video blew over, fans couldn’t help but notice that something was off about it.

Here’s what the filter looks like when applied to Ari’s face:

Yeah. It looks exactly like what you think it is.

This definitely wasn’t lost on the internet and a quick search on Twitter will result in a sea of NSFW comments and satirical recreations of Lady Gaga and Ariane Grande’s ‘Rain On Me’ bukkake Instagram filter.

Some of the reactions are definitely things we can’t share here, mainly because it looks like some people recreated the filter with actual bodily fluids, but here are a few SFW-ish samples of how fans are reacting to this accidentally hilarious faux pas.

One has to wonder how Lady Gaga and Ariana Grande didn’t foresee the bukkake effect their ‘Rain On Me’ Instagram filter would have. Then again, the duo are pretty open about sex and the like – Ari’s ‘Side To Side’ is literally about being sore after a wild night of sex while Gaga is all about sex positivity.

Perhaps Lady Gaga and Ariana Grande knew exactly what they were doing with this wild ‘Rain On Me’ Instagram filter this whole time and we just thought their song was literally about rain.

Lady Gaga Being 'Too Ashamed' To Hang With Ariana Grande Is Way Too Relatable

Hitting too close to home there, Gaga.

You’d think Lady Gaga and Ariana Grande would easily be BFFs given that they’re both superstars and have worked together on the much-hyped collab track, ‘Rain On Me’. But underneath all that glitz, glamour, and world-saving things she does, it seems like Lady Gaga racked with the same sort of self-doubt we all have when it comes to hanging out with people.

Speaking of Lady Gaga, the GOAT team talk about her most underrated album, ‘Artpop’, on ‘It’s Been A Big Day For…’ below:

Chatting with Zane Lowe on his Apple Music show (via Billboard), Lady Gaga took a deep dive into her Chromatica album, how the record came about, and talked about a number of songs on it, including ‘Rain On Me’.

When asked about how it was working on her ‘Rain On Me’ collab with Ariana Grande, Lady Gaga gushed about how the two instantly connected on a creative and musical level during the recording of the single:

“When we were vocally producing her, I was sitting at the console and talking to her. And then I remember I said to her, ‘OK, now everything that you care about while you sing, I want you to forget it and just sing. And by the way, while you’re doing that, I’m going to dance in front of you,’ because we had this huge big window.

“And she was like, ‘Oh my God. Oh my God, I can’t, I can’t. I don’t know. Oh my God. Okay, okay.’ And then I did it and she sang, and she started to do things with her voice that were different. And it was the joy of two artists going, ‘I see you.'”

But things then took a turn for the painfully relatable when Lady Gaga talked about how despite her growing relationship with Ariana Grande, she felt “too ashamed” to open herself up and just hang out with her collab partner, despite Ari putting in a big effort to be friends with her.

Happily, Gaga eventually got over her self-doubt after a D&M with Ari and the two became friends:

“She was like, ‘You’re going to be OK. Call me, here’s my number.’ And she was so persistent. She would try over and over again to be friends with me. And I was too ashamed to hang out with her, because I didn’t want to project all of this negativity onto something that was healing and so beautiful.

“And eventually she called me on my sh*t. She was, ‘You’re hiding.’ And I was like, ‘I am hiding. I’m totally hiding.’ And then this friendship blossomed.”

The rest of us plebs definitely haven’t been in a recording studio working on a banger with a fellow superstar. But the self-doubt one feels after connecting with someone, especially if said someone is putting in an effort just to be friends with you? Yeah that hits really close to home.

It’s difficult to open yourself up to someone new, especially if that person is a peer whom you have admired. And who hasn’t gone down the slippery slope of thinking “what if I screw this up?” and “I don’t want to ruin what we got” whenever you form a connection with someone?

Hearing that Lady Gaga was hesitant to be friends with Ariana Grande because of her own hang ups is something we can all relate to. And as weird as it is too say, hearing people as powerful and influential as Gaga be so vulnerable is pretty comforting and strangely empowering because it just shows we’re all human at the end of the day.
