Kylie Jenner’s Latest Trademarks Show We'll Never Escape These People

Now she's after a museum.

It’s not uncommon for celebrities to trademark things but the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star, Kylie Jenner, is notorious for taking it too far.

Last year, the self-made billionaire tried to take full advantage of her “Rise and Shine” virality but copyrighting the phrase and selling merch. Also, two years prior, she attempted to trademark her first name (yeah, just “Kylie”), to which the Aussie Kylie viciously shut her down.

I imagine Kylie’s reaction would have been along these lines…

But now, the infamous Kylie Jenner is back on the trademarking bandwaggon and she’s taking it to the next level. According to a Washington D.C. trademark lawyer, Josh Gerben, Kylie is trying to copyright “Kylie Con”, “Kylie Kon” (you know, because it’s good to have options) and “Kylie Museum”.

Kylie herself has yet to comment on the copyright claims, but we think we have some idea of what’s going to be inside it.

The “Kylie Kon” and the “Kylie Museum” are set to have “beauty consultation services” as well as “classes and workshops” according to the official claim. And given the immense success of her various Kylie Skin pop-ups and Lip Kit trucks, we imagine it’s going to be a similar vibe, just on a gigantic scale.

Just tell us already!

In a way, we can’t be too surprised at the idea of a Kardashian museum. The Kardashian-Jenner clan are arguably the most famous family in the world right now, whether you like them or not. Given that museums are meant to reflect the culture, you can’t deny the match. Out of all the celebs that come and go, their influence on modern-day culture is exponentially higher than anyone else.

Does that mean we’re going to go? Not necessarily. But you can sure as hell bet that thousands and thousands of people will.
