Serious Question: How'd James Corden Fit All Of BTS Into One Car?

Blood, Sweat & Tears.

Consider the world officially in the palms of BTS’ hands because they’ve just broken the internet and they didn’t even have to release new music.

We talked about BTS and their meteoric rise to fame on the latest episode of It’s Been A Big Day For…

The reason why Jin, Suga, J-Hope, RM, Jimin, V and Jungkook are on our lips is all from a single social media post from an ARMY member, showing a large white car perched up on a trailer. Yep, you know what that means. It’s Carpool Karaoke time baby!

Although this time, it seems that James has opted for a much bigger SUV, presumably to fit all 7 members including himself. He was also snapped handing out cupcakes to the ARMY waiting outside of his studio in Los Angeles.

James Corden’s Carpool Karaoke is one of the most iconic interview formats ever been created in the internet age. In the passenger seat, he’s had Lady Gaga, One Direction, Adele, X-Tina and Ariana Grande. It’s a wonder why it’s taken so long to get BTS in there too. We imagine, James has been wanting to get BTS on for some time, but now the timing is just right.

We can’t help but wonder what stunts they’re going to pull? He famously went wedding dress shopping with Iggy Azalea and busked with Demi Lovato and Nick Jonas, so what kind of antics will he get up to with BTS? Also, what songs will they sing? All the hits? Will they bring Halsey along for the ride? Will they do some of their older tracks?

My brain spiralling thinking of all the things James could do with BTS.

Scrolling through Twitter there are a lot of projections as to what might go down in the episode including hide-and-seek with Ashton Kutcher and barefoot choreography (I can not hold my breath much longer). But what we do know for sure, is that they’re going to be performing their new song “Black Swan”.

Now that BTS has taken over pretty much every Late Night talk show in the States and they’ve pretty much dominated every Western award show, where else is there for them to go? Consider the world officially dominated by the Bangtan Boys.

Brad Pitt, Why Are You Wearing A Name Tag Like You Need One?

Okay, so you're... Brad Pitt?

He’s been starring in critically and commercially acclaimed films for decades, he was a teenage crush for many of us and he’s been gracing the front-covers of magazines since his infamous breakup with Jennifer Anniston in 2005. You know who he is, we don’t even need to say his name, which makes us wonder, why on earth is Brad Pitt wearing a name tag?

We can’t seem to get Brad Pitt off our minds, check out our debrief of that infamous photo at the SAG Awards on this episode of It’s Been A Big Day For…

Well, the Once Upon A Time In Hollywood star was attending the annual Oscars luncheon on Monday when he decided to act like an average joe.

Oh, thank God he was wearing this. I would have no idea otherwise. (Credit: Getty)

Was he being funny? Was he being cheeky? Was he just trying to be normal? Who knows. But, when the star chucked a name tag on the breast pocket of his grey suit, it sure did catch out attention.

“Just make sure it’s on so we know who you are” is what I imagine was said (Credit: Getty)

Also at the Oscars luncheon was fellow nominee Cynthia Erivo and Academy CEO Dawn Hudson. Notably, both did not wear name-badges but perhaps should have, given others that were present.

While the star is up for Best Supporting Actor at the Oscars next week, we reckon he deserves an acting award in his role of a normal person at this prestigious event.

Anything’s possible!

It should be noted that fellow film collaborators, Quentin Tarantino and Leonardo DiCaprio, were also in attendance and they both did not sport a name tag. Who do they think they are? Brad Pitt or something?

Leo wishes he was Brad Pitt!

We can only hope that he decides to wear this tag at the actual Oscars event on the 7th of Feb. Now, that would be iconic.

Tyler, The Creator Holds 9 Year Grudges And Yes, I’m That Petty Too

Tyler, The Destroyer.

Last night Tyler, the Creator took home the Grammy for Best Rap Album, which high-key is a massive deal. This marks the first Grammy for the 28-year-old rapper, who has been making music for over a decade now. If you need a little Grammys refresher, we got you:

But the reason why we’re celebrating with him is that he finally got justice on an annoying, Twitter hater.

Tyler, the Creator took to the social media platform to resurface an old Tweet from some random. The tweet in question comes from someone called Mark Anthony (no, not Jennifer Lopez’ ex), and he says “dont b too excited. u wont get one…..”, of course talking about music’s most prestigious award.

Well, looks like Tyler got the last laugh, replying to this Tweet a full 9 years later, saying: “I FAVORITED THIS 9 YEARS AGO JUST FOR THE MOMENT TO TELL YOU I GOT ONE. YES IM PETTY AS F**K, GOOD DAY MARK”. Check out the interaction here:

Funnily enough, Mark Anthony still seems to be hating on Tyler to this day. We’re guessing he really isn’t a fan.

Interestingly enough, there is a chance that Tyler sees where Mark is coming from, considering a comment he made on his album being classified as a “rap” album, despite being experimental.

When talking to the press, backstage of the Grammy’s he said: “On one side I’m very grateful that what I made could be acknowledged in a world like this, but also it sucks that whenever ‘we’ – and I mean guys that look like me – do anything that’s genre-bending or that’s anything, they always put it in a rap or ‘urban’ category which is – and I don’t like that “urban” word, it’s just a politically correct way to say the ‘N-word’ to me”:

Regardless, we’re happy that Tyler has won a Grammy, we’re happy that he shut this troll down and we’re happy that he’s happy.

If you want to hear about other artists snubbed by this year’s Grammys, check out this episode of It’s Been A Big Day For…

Tyler, the Creator’s been receiving a whole bunch of love on Twitter following his win, including one from Jaden Smith, saying: “My Boyfriend Just Won A Grammy.” We love these two lovebirds.
