We all know that Disneyland is the happiest place on this earth, but now, it’s about to get a whole lot more magical. Disneyland’s neighbour park, California Adventure Land, has shed itself of A Bugs Life and made room for Stark Industries!

Introducing the ‘Avengers Campus’, opening officially on July 18, this year. According to Marvel’s official website, guests are encouraged to “find the hero within themselves — whether it’s slinging webs like Spider-Man, training with Okoye and the Dora Milaje, or witnessing some of your favourite Super Heroes hold off their foes”.
I could – and I can’t stress this enough – not be more excited. Last year, the park opened up ‘Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge’, which modelled itself off of all the previous and future Star Wars projects. From the sounds of things, it’s going to be quite similar to this expansion. And as someone who went to this land, built their very own lightsaber, drove a spaceship and posed for photos with storm-troopers, I guarantee that this expansion is going to be epic.
The six-acre land is already home to the ‘Guardians of the Galaxy – Mission: BREAKOUT’ attraction, which was adapted from the ‘Hollywood Tower of Terror’, and will see the introduction of a Spiderman ride!
Similarly to the ‘Build Your Own Droid’ element of the Star Wars land, this ‘Avengers Campus’ will give visitors the ability to leave with their very own ‘Spider-Bot’.
Of course, it wouldn’t be a Disneyland extension without a whole bunch of characters walking around. So, we can fully expect photo ops with Black Widow, Ant-Man, The Wasp, Captain Marvel, Captain America, Doctor Strange, the Guardians of the Galaxy, Black Panther, and Thor.
Not to mention, we can fully expect Avengers branding on food and beverages in addition to a whole set of new and exclusive Avengers merchandise.
Honestly, this sounds like the Endgame for my wallet.
