Disgraced YouTuber Logan Paul Set To Make Documentary About Himself, Just In Case We Haven't Had Enough Of Him

Logan had a pretty rough 2018 due to his controversial videos, but if there's one thing that can fix that, it's another controversial video.

Disgraced Youtube star, merch peddler, and self-described “actor/presenter/entertainer” Logan Paul has had a rough year.

Paul had originally made a name for himself on Vine. By 2015 he was already ranked as the 10th most influential figure the social media site, with his six-second videos earning him hundreds of thousands of dollars in advertising revenue.

Then, at the start of 2018, the schlock vlogger famously had his YouTube account demonetised after facing a global backlash online regarding his depiction of the body of a suicide victim.

From the actual video.

The video in question was meant to be one of a three-part Japan series, where Logan and his team would camp in a forest at the base of Mount Fuji, which has become synonymous with suicides.

However, after discovering the body in question, Paul’s team alerted the authorities and decided not to continue their exploration of the forest. So, they almost did the right thing, which is cool.

Sadly, however, Logan Paul still decided to upload the video to his YouTube channel, which is not cool.

The Japan video went up in December 2017, and by the start of January 2018, in response to several petitions, YouTube responded in a series of tweets, explaining that they were removing Logan from their Google Preferred accounts, essentially stripping him of his primary source of income.

So, for those of you looking to become a YouTube star, this is a pertinent reminder that using victims of suicide to boost your YouTube views isn’t going to end well for anybody.

Especially for this guy.

Now, Logan Paul has figured out a way to make everyone like him again: a documentary about Logan Paul.

In his video announcement (you’ll have to skip through the initial few minutes, where he promotes his upcoming boxing match and offers 20% off his branded merch), he explains why he hasn’t been posting lately, and apparently it has nothing to do with the fact that he’s not making heaps of money anymore.

Nope, Logan Paul is making a video about what he knows best: Logan Paul.

Apparently, the documentary will “touch on his upbringing,” so we’re likely to get a rare insight into Logan’s first 23 years on this planet. This is going to be a massive help for fans, who apparently don’t already have enough of an insight into who Logan Paul is, even though he posted vlogs to his YouTube account every day between September in 2016 and January this year.

Will achieving a better understanding of Logan Paul help everyone learn to better love Logan Paul, and help Logan Paul make more money off of LoganPaul.com?

We’ll see.
