Spider-Man Star Tom Holland Lets Slip Another Spoiler That’s Divided Fans

Spoiler-Man's back!

While promoting Spider-Man: Far From Home, Tom Holland has accidentally let another spoiler slip but is he really in the wrong?

While appearing on The Graham Norton Show overnight, Tom revealed one of the major deaths from Avengers: Endgame.

“The film is a direct continuation of Avengers: Endgame so we deal with the ramifications of the blip, of the death of Tony Stark.”

“Sorry if anyone hasn’t seen the film! If you haven’t, then you’re living under a rock, to be honest.”

Endgame directors Joe and Anthony Russo, actually lifted the spoilers ban last month, so we can’t really see what’s so wrong with Tom saying Iron Man dies.

Plus, if you’ve seen the trailer for Far From Home, Tony’s death is made pretty damn obvious.

However, it seems that a lot of Marvel fans still haven’t seen the movie, which was released two months ago now, and many of them took to Twitter to slam the actor.

Many others defended the star:

Honestly, if people managed to avoid spoilers for two months, good for them, but they couldn’t seriously expect it to last forever?! It was one of the biggest films ever made and spoilers are bound to be released one way or another.

Unless Tom’s spoiling things from a movie that hasn’t been released, let’s cut the guy some slack!

I mean, it’s not like the time he thought an audience had already watched Infinity War and then walked in and shouted, “I’m alive!”

For your enjoyment, here’s Tom Holland spoiling stuff for four minutes…

Oh, and let’s not forget the time Mark Ruffalo revealed that “everybody dies” in Infinity War before it was released:

So, let’s just be glad it wasn’t a whole lot worse!
