Red Dead Redemption Online Players Have Organised A Bootleg Fight Club Event Coming Up This Weekend

Isn't it nice when we all spend quality time together?

Lest anyone get a little bored in the giant universe of Red Dead online, or feel like they don’t have enough opportunities to bond with fellow players, a gang of users have organised somewhat of a soirée.

The Wapinschaw Gang invites you to Fight Night: Knockout Tournament this weekend. No weapons. No shirts. Just knuckle on knuckle.

The rogue player-organised event definitely has a real Fight Club vibe about it.  Although it’s not just fighting for fighting sake like the brooding men of Chuck Palahniuk’s classic novel-turned-Brad-Pitt-starring-film enjoy. Entry fee is one large pelt, and winner gets to take all the pelts. Yay pelts.

The organisers announced in another Reddit post how we can all tune into the fights, if not taking part in the event at Valentine Auction yard on Saturday December 22.

“Too many people have been requesting to view our event so here goes… Fight Night TELEVISED: twitch user, chielrobben.”

They have also clarified that although the rules say “no shirts” women are welcome to take part and they can just wear vests. So we are welcome to take part in the fist fight extravaganza. Time to start your training.

Meanwhile, Rockstar is probably trying to figure out how to monetise the player-run event.
