The internet in 2003 was truly a different animal.

Between 1985 and 1987 the G.I Joe animated series aired for children around the U.S.A. At the end of each episode a public service announcement played to help children learn.

In 2003 Eric Fensler got his hands on these PSAs and began re-dubbing them, creating some of the first viral videos ever.
