Andrew Jack was also a dialect coach, with clients including Robert Downey Jnr, Cate Blanchett, Viggo Mortensen and Chris Hemsworth. He was currently “coaching on the new Batman,” according to his agent.

Sadly, Jill McCullough (his agent) said that Andrew Jack wasn’t able to “see or talk to” his wife, who he was “madly in love with” because she was being quarantined in Australia. Andrew Jack passed away in a hospital in Surrey on Tuesday.

Jill McCullough also stated, “Andrew (Jack) lived on one of the oldest working houseboats on the Thames, he was fiercely independent but madly in love with his wife, also a dialect coach, Gabrielle Rogers… Tragically she is stuck in quarantine in Australia, having just flown in from New Zealand last week. She was unable to see or talk to him at the end of his life and there is a chance a funeral may not be held… (He was) full of life… funny, charming and a joy to be around.”

Sadly Andrew Jack isn’t the first celebrity to pass away from Coronavirus. Grammy-winning country singer, Joe Diffie passed away at 61 due to COVID-19 complications. Mark Blum, a 69-year-old actor in Desperately Seeking Susan and Crocodile Dundee, also passed away as a result of complications from the coronavirus. Also, Maria Mercader, an American journalist and CBS News producer passed away at the age of 54 due to the coronavirus. Additionally, Arrows guitarist, vocalist and songwriter, Alan Merrill passed away last month.
