Being in COVID-19 isolation is making everyone a little thirstier than usual, and it’s been hard to quench this thirst seeing as how we can’t go out and date people like how we used to in the pre-lockdown. Luckily, there’s a solution for us all and it comes to us in the form of a most underrated thirst trap: a video of a Stanley Tucci making a negroni cocktail.

Sensing that we all could use a pick-me-up during these dark times, Stanley Tucci decided to share with everyone a video of him demonstrating how to make a negroni cocktail. Well, he says it’s a tutorial but it’s clearly a thirst trap.
Sure he may be giving out instructions on how to construct a classic negroni cocktail (apparently a double shot of gin or vodka goes into it), but seeing the Tucc wearing a black T-shirt that reveals how surprisingly jacked he is is distracting as all hell.
Couple that with his silky instructions and the flirting with the camera operator (who is his wife, Felicity Blunt), there’s certainly more happening in this video than simply making a cocktail.
It quickly becomes clear that this video is nothing more than a Stanley Tucci thirst trap Trojan-horsing as a negroni cocktail tutorial. It’s almost like Felicity is taunting us by saying “yep, I’m isolating with this, be jealous.”
Unsurprisingly, the internet immediately got caught in the Tucc’s negroni thirst trap and refused to get out. The thirst is so strong that not only are unashamedly being horny on main, nearly everyone doesn’t even give a crap that Tucc’s cocktail recipe isn’t technically how you make a negroni.
Not that it matters in this case as no amount of cocktails or negronis will quench all the thirst sent towards Stanley Tucci’s direction by the internet.
At this point, Stanley Tucci could make a negroni using dishwater and lemon peels and we’d still follow him to the end of the earth while praising his skills. The Tucc has been underrated for ages and it’s about time he got the attention he deserves.
