After wondering whether Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green were on the brink of separation (they were), we’re now firmly into the “winning the breakup” phase of this saga and boy is it firmly entrenched in “hilariously petty” territory following the ex-couple’s cringeworthy post-separation displays of affection with their new rebounds, Machine Gun Kelly and Courtney Stodden respectively.

So it all began when Megan Fox was spotted hanging out with Machine Gun Kelly and she all but confirmed he was her chosen rebound post-Brian Austin Green after appearing in public with her new squeeze.
Then there was the whole thing where Megan was featured as the leading lady in Machine Gun Kelly’s latest music video, which certainly poured fuel onto the flames of this burgeoning rebound relationship.

With Brian Austin Green remaining respectful about how things are between himself and his ex-wife, it seemed like Megan Fox was clearly winning the breakup with her Machine Gun Kelly dalliance.
However, it seems like BAG was just biding his time because he responded by publicly stepping out with Courtney Stodden, i.e another stunning woman who is many years younger than he is and is coincidentally younger than his ex-wife.
Now it’s not known whether BAG and Courtney are an item or were just having lunch as a couple of pals, but that’s not really the point is it?
With the post-separation breakup battle momentum back on Brian Austin Green’s side, Megan Fox clapped back by appearing out in public (again) with Machine Gun Kelly.
However, this time Megan, who clearly saw the photos of her ex out and about with Courtney Stodden, really made a show of her outing with Machine Gun Kelly by showing an excessive amount of PDA, like holding hands and sloppily making out in front of the paparazzi.
As amicable as Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green’s separation appears to be on the outside, it’s clear there’s a petty battle going on to win the breakup and boy is it getting stupidly hilarious.
Don’t be surprised if the next move involves either Megan or BAG hand-in-hand with their new squeeze while out and about with their kids, and there are paparazzi everywhere because they were secretly planted there by Megan/BAG.
