2020 has been one hell of a year already, and I hate to break it to you but we’re only halfway through it. However, there is one thing that might take this year from dumpster fire to decent – and that is a Lily James and Chris Evans romance.
ICYMI, social media fandoms were sent into a frenzy this week when the pair were spotted ignoring social distancing rules whilst entering Evans’ London hotel during the wee hours of the morning.
According to Daily Mail they had previously spent the night at an “exclusive private members’ club together.” In an effort to throw off the paps, Evans and James exited their taxi separately and the actress even took the back entrance to the hotel.

It might not seem like a big deal to some, so if you aren’t across these two genetically-blessed and incredibly talented actors, allow me to explain.
Chris Evans is perhaps best known for his role as Captain America in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, and for being arguably the best celebrity Chris. If you need proof, take a geeze at his relationship with his dog:
Lily James, on the other hand, is a British actress who has appeared in everything from Baby Driver, to Downton Abbey, Mamma Mia and Yesterday. The stunning actress was in a relationship with actor Matt Smith from 2014 until December 2019 when they decided to call it quits.
A source told The Sun, “Matt and Lily’s break-up was mostly because their hectic schedules meant they could barely see each other,” and mentioned the pair had been trying to work on things during lockdown.
Meanwhile, Evans told Men’s Journal in May last year, “I want a wife, I want kids. I like ceremony. I want to carve pumpkins and decorate Christmas trees and sh*t like that.”
