Our Boyfriend Noah Centineo From To All The Boys Proves He’s Cute AND Smart By Pinpointing The Moment Peter Kavinsky Falls For Lara Jean

I know we are being thirst-baited by Noah talking about romance but I hope it never stops.

If you think that we are over our infatuation with Netflix’s sensational teen romcom To All The Boys I’ve Loved Before and the relationship between our dream man Peter Kavinsky and Lara Jean, then you would be straight up incorrect.

We are still riding the TATBILB high with no shame.

Which brings us to this interview that the love of my life Noah Centineo did with The Wrap, in which he makes a keen observation about his character.

There is a lot of debate around when exactly Peter Kavinsky falls for Lara Jean Covey. Some say he’s been into her since the eighth grade, some say the first kiss on the track field, theories abound.

What we know for sure is that he falls in love and he’s not too shy to say it.

Anyway, I’m getting sidetracked by that face scrunch. Back to the interview.

Basically Noah Centineo proves that he is so much more than just a pretty face by using his deep emotional sensitivity to decode exactly when Peter falls for Lara Jean. That’s right, our boy is a self-aware romantic.

Noah’s take is that Peter K was definitely always interested in Lara Jean, and that much is obvious. I mean, “It could have been worse” is far from a platonic response to someone apologising for jumping you.

But Noah believes it’s the kitchen scene where things really move to a deeper level.

“From the beginning, Peter is interested. Like, from that first remark about her shoes. In this first scene, when we meet Peter, I think he’s interested,” Centineo explained.

“But I think he really, really realises this is the girl for him in the kitchen scene when they’re at his house and they’re opening up their family history to each other.”

Your emotions are valid and I appreciate your companionship.

Haha yea wow I am irreversibly in love with you.

I think Noah is right on the money with his pick because the emotional connection in this scene was so charged it really feels like they want to kiss but like with their souls if that makes sense???

AHHH

Admittedly, the diner scene when Peter gets upset that Lara Jean calls their fake relationship fake is definitely another contender among fans, because it’s obvious that Peter does not, in fact, want anything to be fake about their relationship.

But I think it’s too early to be the moment things really change. He’s falling but he hasn’t hit the ground yet.

In conclusion, Noah Centineo is smart and romantically intuitive and right about the kitchen scene.

Either that or I’ll just believe anything that comes out of his mouth because he’s so damn cute.
