Noah Centineo's Done Playing Your Boyfriend And Is Going To Be A Superhero Instead

From hunky boyfriend to hunky hero. Talk about a big change.

After seemingly starring in nearly every romantic comedy that’s been released over the last year, it seems like everyone’s beloved fake boyfriend Noah Centineo is done being arm candy and wants to branch out a bit.

And what better way to break out of that hunky boyfriend mould than nabbing the role of as a hunky superhero?

According to The Wrap, Noah is in talks to play the lead role of He-Man in the upcoming superhero film Masters Of The Universe.

Now for those who are unaware of who He-Man is, the character is a viking-influenced prince from the fictional planet of Eternia who becomes the all-powerful He-Man using a magical Power Sword in order to defend his kingdom from the evil wizard Skeletor.

He also wears next-to-nothing most of the time.

Feels like he’s wearing nothing at all. Nothing at all. Nothing at all…

Talk about a thirst trap.

The thought of Noah getting super buff and wearing that He-Man outfit is probably enough to bring out his fans out to watch Masters Of The Universe in droves.

When you think about it, it makes sense that he recently got his shirt off for Calvin Klein because that’s perfect preparation to play a hero who seems to have an aversion to clothing.

Everyone’s reaction after realising Noah’s going to be wearing nearly nothing as He-Man.

As for when you’ll see Noah as He-Man, no release date (or any details really) has been announced yet so expect a bit of a wait. What we do know is that Aaron and Adam Nee are directing from a script written by Iron Man scribes Matt Holloway and Art Marcum, and the film could start filming as early as July 2019.

If I’m really honest, I’m more curious at what Noah will look like rocking He-Man’s trademark long blonde hair than any shirtless scene, but maybe that’s just me.
