No One Can Name All The Members Of Maroon 5, The Super Bowl Halftime Act, But The Guesses Are Gold

No offence Maroon 5, but I still have no idea.

Maroon 5 is officially playing the halftime show at this year’s Super Bowl, which is a huge gig. Beyoncé, Lady Gaga, Prince, Madonna and a slew of other major artists have taken that stage, so there are a lot of tough acts to follow.

Granted, due to the controversy regarding the NFL and its treatment of Colin Kaepernick for kneeling during the national anthem in protest of black rights and police violence, the list of people up for doing the Super Bowl halftime show was definitely a little shorter this year.

But anyway, Maroon 5 is playing, and they are indeed a big name. It just turns out that no one can name the actual members of the band.

SB Nation posed the question, and the answer was an overwhelming nope. But that didn’t stop people from offering some ace guesses.

The band’s frontman Adam Levine is a better-known name, and for a lot of people the only one they have associated with Maroon 5.

After looking into it, I’ll admit I’m still confused about who is currently in Maroon 5. But according to my calculations (and Wikipedia), it currently consists of lead vocalist Adam Levine, keyboardist and rhythm guitarist Jesse Carmichael, bassist Mickey Madden, lead guitarist James Valentine, drummer Matt Flynn, keyboardist PJ Morton and multi-instrumentalist Sam Farrar.

So there’s your answer, and I’ll probably forget it in about 15 seconds.
