Look Closely At Suspiciously Young Leo DiCaprio And Brad Pitt In Their New Poster

Timeless beauties...

Sony Pictures has finally released its first Once Upon A Time In Hollywood poster and social media can’t help but notice that Leonardo DiCaprio, 44, and Brad Pitt, 55, have been heavily retouched to appear younger.

DiCaprio took to Twitter and Instagram to share the poster, simply captioning it, “Hollywood. 1969.”

While many people are looking forward to seeing the film, it didn’t stop a lot of others taking to social media to slam the poster, saying the pair just don’t look right.

Some also thought it just looked boring:

And of course, there were many who thought it was kind of similar to the How To Lose A Guy In Ten Days poster…

Sony has previously been caught out for retouching pictures of Brad and Leo after they uploaded a file showing the Photoshop edits made to a photo, showing the wrinkles that were removed as well as Leo’s chin being tightened.

A source from Sony spoke to Page Six at the time and said, “The actors did not request any retouching of photography from Once Upon a Time in Hollywood. We take full responsibility for the error.”

According to Variety, director Quentin Tarantino has previously described the film as a “story that takes place in Los Angeles in 1969, at the height of hippy Hollywood. The two lead characters are Rick Dalton (DiCaprio), former star of a Western TV series, and his longtime stunt double Cliff Booth (Pitt). Both are struggling to make it in a Hollywood they don’t recognise anymore. But Rick has a very famous next-door neighbour … Sharon Tate.”

The movie, which is set for release in July also stars Margot Robbie as Sharon Tate, as well as Dakota Fanning, Lena Dunham, Al Pacino and Kurt Russell. It is also Luke Perry’s final film role.
