Justin Bieber's Putting His Health Before His Music So Don't Expect A Despacito Follow Up Anytime Soon

"I am now very focused on repairing some of the deep rooted issues that I have."

Justin Bieber has taken to Instagram to share a lengthy emotional caption about how he’s not releasing new music anytime soon and will be focusing instead on his health and family.

So, if you were looking forward to another Despacito-style banger, you’ll be waiting a while.

The 25-year-old explained he’d been receiving a lot of messages from fans saying they want a new album, but revealed he’s not in the mental state to focus on music at the moment.

He wrote, “I’ve toured my whole teenage life, and early 20s, I realized and as you guys probably saw I was unhappy last tour and I don’t deserve that and you don’t deserve that, you pay money to come and have a lively energetic fun light concert and I was unable emotionally to give you that near the end of the tour.

“I have been looking, seeking, trial and error as most of us do, I am now very focused on repairing some of the deep rooted issues that I have as most of us have, so that I don’t fall apart, so that I can sustain my marriage and be the father I want to be.

“Music is very important to me but Nothing comes before my family and my health. I will come with a kick ass album ASAP, my swag is undeniable and my drive is indescribable his love is supernatural his grace is that reliable…. the top is where I reside period whether I make music or not the king said… but I will come with a vengeance believe that.”

The post comes a week after sources revealed to People Magazine that Justin and Hailey Baldwin had postponed their wedding because the singer wants to focus on his health. The pair is technically already married, but they were planning on having a big wedding with their friends and family.

Last month a source told E! News Bieber is “battling depression” and been “having a difficult time”. They also added that he “really wants to get better” and “has been seeking all the help he can get”.

The publication also reports Justin is actively seeking professional help, “He is in outpatient therapy and getting help every day,” adding, “This is his focus right now.”

We’ve been seeing a new side to JB lately, and we wish him all the best as he works on himself!
