Justin Bieber has left a sour taste in people’s mouths this morning after publicly professing his support for Chris Brown, AKA, a convicted abuser and recently accused rapist.
While Brown has vehemently defended his innocence in the face of the recent accusation (and has even stated that he will be suing for defamation), this is one of those times where staying silent just would have been the better choice. But alas, it’s too late for Biebs, and now fans are mad.

Basically, Chris Brown posted a video of himself practicing choreography in the studio while out on bail, captioned, ‘We Working’. That alone angered a lot of Chris Brown’s haters, but when Justin Bieber commented with a message of support the outrage really started to roll in.
His comment simply said,
“No one can touch you ur the GOAT”.
Bieber is being dragged for his emphatic support of Chris Brown given the context, especially given his comment seems to be a direct reference to the trouble Brown has recently been in.

Between the recent allegations and his 2009 guilty plea to felony assault against his then-girlfriend Rihanna, heralding Chris Brown as the ‘GOAT’ is a stretch we should not be willing to make, and it’s disappointing that that is the message that Justin Bieber has chosen to spread.
