As we mentally prepare for the next episode of Game of Thrones, a new photo of Arya Stark has people wondering if she’ll be the one to kill the Night King’s dragon.
Arya had Gendry make her a new spear-like weapon and fans are hoping she had it made with the goal of killing Viserion 2.0. Because if she’s able to kill the dragon, the Night King will have lost his most dangerous asset.

Now, a new photo has people thinking that’s exactly what’s going to happen.
Arya is seen standing on the ramparts of Winterfell holding her double-sided dragon glass spear as the Army of the Dead approaches.
Of course, this could mean nothing, but why else would Arya be standing at the highest possible place in Winterfell? It’d be a lot easier to throw a spear at a dragon if you’re up high, plus, we know she’s got great aim.
There aren’t many other reasons we can think of that would explain Arya’s need be so high up, we know she’s great with a sword, so she could definitely be on the ground with everyone else but she isn’t.
The only thing that we’re not really sure about is whether the Night King is even going to Winterfell with theories he’s actually headed for King’s Landing.
We have yet to see him in any promos so we wouldn’t be surprised if he sat out the Winterfell battle and is instead heading for the unprepared King’s Landing, which would mean very bad news for Cersei.
