Here’s How To Watch ‘Man of Steel’ Along With Zack Snyder This Week

Your iso sorted.

Not a bird. Not a plane. But, it does look like it’s a screening of Man of Steel with live commentary from Zack Snyder.

Speaking of what other celebs are up to in COVID-19 quarantine, make sure you check out this episode of It’s Been A Big Day For…

Have you ever watched a movie and needed clarifying at one particular moment? Have you ever seen something in a scene and wondered if it was or wasn’t intentional? Have you ever had to watch a movie twice because you didn’t get it the first time around? Well, if that movie was Man of Steel, have no fear, we have the event for you.

Excuse me?

Zack Snyder aka the director of the 2013 blockbuster smash Man of Steel, is doing a live screening and Q&A for the film this week. In an announcement made to Twitter, Zack Snyder said, “Many of us are struggling during this difficult time. Felt it could be cathartic to come together now for a Man of Steel Watch Party and celebrate the ultimate symbol of hope. Submit some questions, I’ll answer a few after.” You can check out the full Tweet here.

What are you waiting for? Go. Go. Go. Come up with your questions and submit them before it’s too late. And no, we don’t think he’ll be answering your burning questions about the “Snyder Cut” of Justice League. That’s for another time.

Interestingly, the COVID-19 pandemic has seen a lot of online watch parties pop up, assumingly because the entire Hollywood is in lockdown and this is a way for people in that industry to keep busy.

We’ve seen Guardians of the Galaxy get the James Gunn Twitter commentary treatment and we’ve seen Taika Waititi’s Thor get a little commentary on Instagram. In both of these cases, the directors used watch parties to not only reveal trivia but tease future projects as well. Not saying that’ll happen for Man of Steel but you best believe we’ll be on at 1 am with our ears perked up.

To watch this incredible, once-in-a-lifetime event, you’ll need to download VERO and hop on at 1 am AEST on Thursday morning, so lock that in your diaries and make sure you’re full of caffeine that day.
