We haven’t had a peep from Netflix’s Chilling Adventures of Sabrina since late last year, but now we have a full length ‘Part 2’ trailer to get us psyched for the morbid adventures of our favourite blonde witch.
The trailer shows Sabrina (Kiernan Shipka) embracing her dark side and all of the dark, morally questionable witchcraft that comes along with that. Between her new white blonde hair, goth aesthetic and the whole slaughtering demons, resurrecting witches, setting stuff on fire things, people seem worried that Sabrina is enjoying her dark powers a little too much.
Plus there’s a love triangle, because where would a teen show be without a good old love triangle? Sabrina is caught between her ex-boyfriend Harvey Kinkle (Ross Lynch), and bad boy warlock Nick Scratch (Gavin Leatherwood).
But the real highlight is the final 3 seconds of the trailer.
Yes, that final, god-like vision appears to be the Dark Lord incarnated in human form to bless us all with his perfect bone structure and smouldering glare.
If the Dark Lord had just appeared in human form earlier it perhaps would not have been such a hassle to get Sabrina to sign her name in the Book of the Beast in the first season. No offence to his ‘true’ form or whatever this is, but ew.
Last year ScreenRant reported that the Dark Lord would join the cast in human form and that CAOS was looking for someone, “with an ageless quality befitting the infamous fallen angel. Listed as Lucifer Morningstar, he’s described as being,
“attractive, sophisticated and devilishly charming.”
Honestly, they nailed the brief. Take me to hell, immediately.
The only thing to be concerned about is what exactly the Dark Lord wants from Sabrina in return for the powers he gave her. Praying it’s not to give birth to the antichrist but who knows at this point!
Besides the excitement of the hot dark lord, Sabrina excelling in her dark witchcraft is bringing great joy. Bless this high achiever.

Chilling Adventures of Sabrina: Part 2 is dropping on Netflix Friday, April 5 with 10 new episodes. The finale apparently concludes with a musical number so ready yourself and pray it’s better than Riverdale.
