The latest look at the upcoming Captain Marvel movie is here, and it’s everything we’ve ever wanted in a Marvel movie.
Carol Danvers’ no-nonsense attitude is badass, and her banter with (an artificially youthful) Nick Fury is hilarious, which is something we’ve come to expect from Marvel.

In addition to a young Nick Fury, the trailer also includes Agent Coulson (RIP), and Jude Law as Carol’s mentor, Mar-Vell. And it also includes a bunch of photon blasts, which are pretty freakin’ cool. Not to mention the scene where Captain Marvel beats up an old lady (who’s really a Skrull shapeshifter) on a train, presumably for putting her bag on the only available seat.
Accompanying the trailer are three brand new posters for the movie, which hits cinemas on March 8th.
Naturally, people are pretty damn excited for the first Marvel movie focusing on a female superhero.
