This Kid's Bunnings-Themed Birthday Party, Complete With Sausage Sizzle And A Garden Centre, Is Absolute Goals

I know what I'm doing for my next birthday.

Brace yourselves for the most Australian birthday party you’ve ever seen.

Carter Stingers loves visiting Bunnings with his dad, and according to his mum, wants to work there when he’s older, so a Bunnings theme for his fourth birthday party made complete sense.

The cutest Bunnings employee, ever

The party had a garden centre with potted plants that guests could take home, a paint centre where kids could paint plaster statues, and, of course, a sausage sizzle.

What’s a Bunnings party without snags?

Carter’s mum, Kylie Stingers, told The West Australian: “I think that was first on Carter’s list of food for the party.” Of course it was – Carter knows it’s not a trip to Bunnings without a snag.

Carter’s local Bunnings store even donated Bunnings pencil cases and balls, while friends and family members who work for Bunnings provided aprons, balloons and bunting.

According to his mum, Carter said it was the best party ever, and “some of his party guests even got him gift cards to spend. He was even more excited to do that.”

If anyone would like to attend my Bunnings-themed birthday party, please have your mum call my mum for all the details. Thanks for the brilliant idea, Carter!
