If you’ve missed Breaking Bad and its spinoff Better Call Saul hasn’t scratched that particular itch, then be advised that you may yet be able to immerse yourself in the lucrative business of methsmanship with Breaking Bad: Criminal Elements.
There’s not much detail about it yet, although show creator Vince Gilligan has given it his blessing, calling it an “authentic extension of the series’ story universe.” So if you’ve been wondering how Los Pollos Hermanos franchises work, maybe we’ll finally find out!
The game will be on mobile and free to play, presumably filled with those micro transactions that are the only things keeping the games industry alive these days.
And it’s confirmed that Walt, Jesse, Gus, Saul and Mike will all be in the game, although it’s not clear what role the player has. If it’s Walt then it’s definitely going to have the most depressing ending since Red Dead Redemption II.
“B-but I thought Robo-Fring was the final boss fight!”
This is an important question because playing as Walt would be a real grind, unless they have some absolutely incredible mechanic for the endless levels where he lies to Skyler over and over again.
Maybe he has to jump on a mushroom to turn into Heisenberg? Will there be a mini game where you get constantly make breakfast for Walt Jr? We’ll find out later this year.
