Just when you thought that you were done with Netflix’s choose-your-own adventure Black Mirror film, Netflix of course has to reveal that there’s a secret Bandersnatch ending that’s too well hidden to find yourself.
The Bandersnatch creators have been open about the fact that there are numerous paths filmed and hidden so well that they were prepared for the fact that there are some that will never be seen.
But I guess they got a bit restless and decided to spill the instructions for finding one of those secret endings to rope us all back into the Bandersnatch universe.
The official Netflix UK Twitter account revealed some handy instructions to finding an ending you probably haven’t seen:
“Think you’ve seen everything there is to see in bandersnatch? try picking up the family photo, ~twice~”

In case you don’t have another couple of hours to kill going back through Bandersnatch to find yet another path to go down, you can read on for the basic spoilers for this double-picture-pick-up ending.
The moment Netflix is referring to is when Stefan can choose between picking up his family photo or his book, which lead to different safe room outcomes. But if you pick up the family photo again in another loop, there’s a new kind of sinister narrative to experience.
Basically, the author of Bandernatch, Jerome F. Davies appears out of nowhere and stabs Stefan. It’s a lot.
omg thanks for that. now I'm terrified.

Apparently this ends up being just a ‘soft’ ending, and Davies forces Stefan to go back and pick up the book instead.
