The Amazing Fake Crocodile Dundee Movie That Turned Out To Be A Tourism Ad Lives On With The Other Hemsworth Brother

I guess Liam and Chris weren't available.

Lesser known Hemsworth brother Luke, who you might remember for his role in Westworld, has picked up where Chris left off in the mock Crocodile Dundee tourism ads for Australia.

In the original trailer we saw Australian actors Chris Hemsworth, Margot Robbie, Hugh Jackman, Russell Crowe and Isla Fisher promoting the great Australian outback in a parody ad for a sequel to the Crocodile Dundee movie series. (With a guest cameo from Paul Hogan himself, the original Dundee).

The trailer aired during the Superbowl earlier in the year and had people all over confused as to the reason behind the strange video. After Tourism Australia revealed that the ad was actually promoting Australian tourism, not a new Australian movie, the internet was devastated to hear that the comedy would not be making a comeback.

Now a second trailer has been released online with the third Hemsworth brother exploring the sets of the fake film and canvasing the many gorgeous sights the outback has to offer. Including footage of the Great Ocean Road, Sydney Harbour, Freycinet, The Great Barrier Reef, Cottesloe Beach and Ningaloo Reef.

The original video was viewed by more than 100 million views around the world. With the Federal Tourism Minister Simon Birmingham saying that the reaction to the video was ‘huge’ for Australia, with massive traffic flocking to Australia.com to view the video.

Birmingham went on to say that he trio had real publicity power, and the Government would take all the Hemsworth cameos it can.

“We’ll go out and hunt for another one, if we do there can be another one (campaign),” he said.

He has a perfect jawline and 0% body fat.

Here’s hoping the next video features the lesser known Hemsworth brother Larry Hemsworth, the fictional brother and vastly successful paediatric surgeon with barely an eight-pack in NBC’s The Good Place.
