With the government on the back foot over the just-passed Medical Evacuation bill for refugees on Manus Island and Nauru, the possibility of extended sitting to pass new banking regulations and… well, pretty much everything else, it’s no surprise that passions are running high.
And clearly that’s true of the Opposition too, because this morning Labor’s leader in the upper house, SA senator Penny Wong, was in no mood to take any more of the government’s… guff? We can say guff, right?
